It revolves around a single hotel room, let out to two couples at the same time, by a hilarious pair of misfits. Lunatic Harry Singh, the manager of a wrecked hotel 'Hotel Beautiful', books it for a honeymoon couple - Akhil & Mili, while drunkard Lehri, the Head waiter, books the same room for Edwin.
Akhil & Mili arrive first and Mili notices that there is nothing beautiful about 'Hotel Beautiful'. Mili tries to make Akhil aware of it but of no use. Finally Mili looses it when she realizes that she has lost her father's only souvenir, her ring. Meanwhile, Mili drives back to the Dhaba they ate on the way, to find the ring. Here comes Edwin's wife Lubna, who is there to surprise her husband on his birthday. On the contrary Lubna is surprised!
When Lubna & Akhil come across each other, there is a huge confusion between the two until they find out that the same room has been allotted to them. As Edwin knocks the door, Lubna panics. Edwin criticizes Akhil for committing adultery. However, Harry Singh manages to convince Edwin & Akhil to share the room. When Akhil leaves the room, a glamorous girl Sheryl enters to meet Edwin.
Things get interesting when it is discovered that Edwin is here to have a good time with his girlfriend Sheryl, a professional dancer. Things get heated between Sheryl and Edwin as Lubna comes around. When Lubna enquires, Edwin lies to her that she is Akhil's wife.
Edwin blackmails Akhil to act as Sheryl's husband. At one point Akhil gets attracted to Sheryl. When Akhil is dancing away with Sheryl, his wife Mili comes back, throwing him off balance.
The drama that unfolds after this is unimaginable. 'Baat baat mein bigdey haalat' is out-an-out laugh riot that gets you roaring with laughter.
